What this study is about

This trial is testing if Organizational Skills Training (OST) or a Mindfulness-Based Intervention (MBI) helps children with ADHD. Both treatments involve eight 90-minute sessions, and participants will complete questionnaires about their symptoms, functioning, and treatment satisfaction before and after the intervention.
