What this study is about

This trial is testing whether hydration status influences inflammation and overall physiological performance in adults. It involves a 4-day dehydration protocol followed by a 4-day rehydration protocol to assess the effects of mild dehydration on biomarkers like H2O2, inflammatory signals, mitochondrial fragmentation, and autophagy. Participants will also undergo tests related to glucose levels, sleep quality, and strength.

Simplified from trial records by PatientMatch.
