What this study is about

This trial is testing a behavioral treatment for insomnia in active duty service members who have had a traumatic brain injury (TBI). It compares the effectiveness of traditional in-person CBT-I and CBT-I delivered through a digital platform to usual care on symptoms related to sleep, TBI recovery, and overall health. Participants will be assessed at different points during the trial.
