What this study is about

This trial is testing whether a ketone supplement helps with alcohol withdrawal symptoms in adults with moderate to severe alcohol use disorder. Participants will receive either a ketone supplement or a placebo beverage, along with a magnetic resonance imaging session. It lasts for 882 days.
