What this study is about
Researchers are testing a new fitness program for people with knee osteoarthritis. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the Vivo Online Exercise Program or Usual Care, which includes Medbridge home exercise program. The trial will last 12 months and involve assessments of function, pain, quality of life, and other factors.
