What this study is about

This trial is testing whether one-on-one telehealth cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (tCBT-I) is better than web-based CBT-I (wCBT-I) or usual care (TAU) at improving sleep, reducing fatigue, and promoting brain health. Participants with insomnia and multiple sclerosis will receive either tCBT-I, wCBT-I, or TAU for 1389 days.
