What this study is about

This trial is testing a new way to encourage exercise in breast cancer survivors. It compares an affect-based approach (focusing on emotions) with a traditional effort-based method. The goal is to see if the affect-based approach leads to more people engaging in moderate-vigorous activity and whether they are satisfied with the program.

Simplified from trial records by PatientMatch.
