What this study is about
Researchers are testing whether interrupting 3.5 hours of sitting every 30 minutes with high intensity interval training (HIIT) breaks improves brain health in older adults who are cognitively normal. The trial will also test the feasibility of HIIT breaks to sitting and address questions about how these breaks affect brain function.
Simplified from trial records by PatientMatch.
