What this study is about
This trial is testing whether different types of fats affect brain function in older adults. Participants will follow a high palmitic acid diet, a high oleic acid diet, and a low-fat control diet for four weeks each, with a one-week break between diets. The goal is to see how the fatty acid content of the diet affects brain functioning in healthy adults aged 65-75 years.
