What this study is about
Researchers are testing a vagus nerve stimulation device to see how it affects the body. The trial will compare acute and chronic effects of this device on various systems in adults with epilepsy or depression who have implanted VNS devices. Participants will receive standard care for their condition along with the VNS device.
