What this study is about
This trial is testing whether working with a peer in a health program can help emerging adults change their behavior and brain activity over time. Participants will complete questionnaires, participate in a short health program with a peer, and undergo an fMRI scan while doing so. Researchers will follow up with participants at 3, 6, and 12 months to track their health behaviors.
