What this study is about
This trial is testing whether blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy helps with knee rehabilitation after surgery for an ACL tear. Participants will use a BFR cuff or not, and follow standard physical therapy for 12 weeks. Strength and patient outcomes will be measured throughout the two-year trial period.
