What this study is about

Researchers are testing if a dual-task tai ji quan training therapy can help prevent falls in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Participants will be asked to perform two activities at the same time, such as walking while carrying objects or remembering words while doing exercises. The trial will last for 1661 days.
