What this study is about

Researchers are testing whether different types of exercise can improve brain health and reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease in older African Americans. The trial will compare Cardio-Dance Fitness (CDF) with Strength, Flexibility & Balance (SFB) interventions on cognitive markers and brain activity. Participants will undergo various assessments to measure their brain health and response to exercise.
