What this study is about
This trial is testing a technology-assisted parenting intervention called Parent SMART for parents of adolescents in residential substance use treatment. The intervention combines computer training, telehealth coaching, and online support to help parents improve their communication and monitoring skills. Researchers will compare the outcomes of adolescents who receive this intervention with those who only receive standard treatment.
