What this study is about

This trial is testing if four different ways to help cancer survivors improve their nutrition and physical activity can make a difference in how long they live without their cancer returning. The goal is to see if these tools, which include counseling, educational interventions, digital health kits, and text messaging, can encourage people with cancer to adopt healthier habits after treatment ends.
